The DC speed controller converts AC electricity into two DC power outputs: one input for the DC motor's field (excitement or stator) and one input for the DC motor's armature (rotor). The DC speed controller regulates the motor speed by controlling the armature DC voltage.

At the same time, the micro DC motor provides a feedback current to the speed controller. The controller determines the speed of the micro DC gear motor based on this feedback current and corrects the armature voltage output if necessary, thereby adjusting the motor speed again.

3. Handling of Wires Do not forcibly bend, pull, or clamp the power supply, power cables, or motor wires.

4. Grounding After the motor is installed, it must be properly grounded using a grounding wire. The grounding location is situated on the terminal box.

5. Professional Installation Installation, connection, inspection, and other procedures must be performed by professional technical personnel.

6. Mounting Base The gear reduction motor needs to be installed on a flat and solid base.
